I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at the hotel, especially when they went above and beyond to help me find my lost necklace. the staff was incredibly accommodating and even offered to iron my clothes when I needed it. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy throughout my stay. the availability of a washing machine and fully stocked cookware and kitchen utensils made my stay feel like a home away from home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for their outstanding attention to detail and impeccable service.
